This class is specially designed for our Morning Yogis, wanting to gain a head-start to a productive journey; beginning the day with a mind, body and soul practice. This energizing morning flow will nourish your body and set you ready for any challenges for the day! It will Inspire you to take care of yourself first, before anything else! Variations of sun salutations and vinyasa flows will be introduced into the class to gently warm your muscles. Be ready to radiate with joy and positivity!

Elements that Alleviate Pain, Discomfort and Boosts Energy

Inside you is an innate wisdom that intuitively understands about the very natural process of birth. We help you reconnect with this knowledge, guiding you through a class specifically designed for the journey of pregnancyPostures introduced in this class are designed around strengthening the uterus and pelvic floor muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. Consistent practice (at least once a week) helps to alleviate any undesired systems of pregnancy and promotes the wellbeing of both mother and child.

Yoga Core

Essential Core Strengthening for Beginners and Advanced Level Students

Yoga Core classes focus on strengthening your lower abdomen, core and lower back. They are recommended for students who want to practice in a challenging way (modifications included), both physically and mindfully.

Strength & Flexibility + Balance & Endurance

This class works on your flexibility and mobility, while lengthening & powering the muscles. With dynamic sequencing; stretches are held longer. Postures are taken deeper with mindful breathing. 

Designed around engaging your core and your lower abdomen for balance. Your lower abdomen supports you physically, keeping you centered. Focusing on your core, lower back and arm strength, we slowly break down arm balances and include more advanced postures. Consistency through these schooled techniques; you gradually improve your postures with ease and confidence.

The Seed, Foundation, and Depth Dimension.

Ashtanga led is a dynamic flow combining strength, flexibility and stamina. You move through a specific sequence of postures linking breath and movement. Emphasis are placed on strength building and alignment which help you flow into postures comfortably thus preventing injury. A great way to build on your existing practice and also a perfect starting point for beginners.

Distance equals to Power X Time

This class consists of creative movements designed to smoothly transition from one asana to the nextDynamic and vibrant flows which work on lines of the entire body. Vinyasa’s (transitions done in Ashtanga practice) are introduced into sequences for strength building. Conscious breathing are greatly emphasised throughout the practice. This tradition of yoga technique helps to calm the mind and relax the body.

Recovery from Injuries, Mental Wellbeing & Health Beneficial Therapies

Designed for your comfort and therapeutic needs: This class specifically focuses on building your strength in the abdomen, back and pelvic floor muscle. Dynamic and guided passive stretches are done to release tension in your shoulders, neck, back and hamstrings. You will be introduced to gentle backbends for the opening of the chest, thus improving your breathing and calming to your mind. The main focus of the hour would be obtaining comfort and deep relaxation for you in each pose.
